Leo Araujo is a Los Angeles based visual designer and creative leader. As Vice President of Creative Direction at RCA Records, he leads multidisciplinary teams in developing artist visual identities, album campaigns, merchandise, digital experiences, and creative systems. With over a decade of experience in the music industry, he has worked with RCA Records, Atlantic Records, Universal Music Group, 300 Entertainment, and Fueled By Ramen, collaborating with artists including Doja Cat, SZA, Christina Aguilera, Steve Lacy, and Sleep Token.
His work focuses on the intersection of branding, graphic design, digital experiences, and creative technology, helping artists translate their vision across physical, digital, and experiential touchpoints. Beyond his work in music, Leo serves as a mentor for Adobe's Creative Apprenticeship program and regularly advises emerging designers on creative careers and professional development.
